NREMT Paramedic Exam Guide
The NREMT Paramedic (NRP) cognitive exam is a computer adaptive test. The number of test items a candidate can expect on the Paramedic exam will range from 80 to 150. Candidates are given a maximum of 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the exam.
The exam will cover the full spectrum of EMS care including: Airway, Respiration & Ventilation; Cardiology & Resuscitation; Trauma; Medical & Obstetrics/Gynecology; and EMS Operations.
