tactical athletes for peak performance.
The NSCA Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator® (TSAC-F) certification is offered by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). It is designed for professionals who train tactical athletes, such as military, law enforcement, and fire and rescue personnel, helping them achieve optimal physical readiness. Eligibility requirements include holding a high school diploma or equivalent and a current CPR/AED certification. The exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions with a time limit of 3 hours. A passing score is determined by a scaled score of 70%. The certification is valid for three years, with recertification requiring continuing education.

The pass rate was 77% for first-time candidates in 2025.
It doesn’t get better than Pocket Prep. I am currently using it to prepare for my TSAC-F exam next month, and have already passed two prior exams which got me into my professional career using almost exclusively Pocket Prep.
