NSCA TSAC-F Exam Guide
Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitators apply scientific knowledge to physically train military, law enforcement, fire and rescue, protective services, and other emergency personnel to improve performance, promote wellness, and decrease injury risk. They analyze needs and conduct physical testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs, and provide general information regarding nutrition.
The NSCA TSAC-F is a 3-hour examination that consists of 130 scored and 20 non-scored multiple-choice items allocated across five domains:
