Ken Gillette’s role as co-founder and CTO of Pocket Prep, Inc. involves the creation and alignment of the company’s technical road map with its overall vision. He’s also responsible for strategic planning and partnership negotiations. Ken has secured partnerships with organizations such as the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) and the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) to successfully create and deliver test prep content.
Ken started his career at Lockheed Martin, a global security and aerospace company. He went from a supervisory position to an advanced leadership role as Performance Management Site Lead. He was responsible for leading quality improvement and employee engagement initiatives.
Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from DeVry University. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has logged over 300 hours of kaizen and process improvement activities. Ken lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his family.
